I got my key for the parking place and tried to park my car. I found out very quickly that I was in the wrong building, yet my key worked anyway... 20 minutes later I was sliding out of my car since the fence containing it is barely wide enough for my smart car... yeah...
I decided to hop on the subway after changing into some shorts. I rode it for a while not knowing where I was going and just popping up in the city when a stop sounded interesting. So I spent the evening taking a walk along the Rhine. I stopped off at a thai restaurant since that sounded very tasty. Indeed it was and the presentation was phenomenal. The only problem is that I forgot you only get .2L of soda and no free refills... mental note: no more super spicy meals...
After that I wandered back to my apartment on a new road and I think I've got the hang of the town already. It is just ridiculous since it was built by the Romans so it's kind of like a wheel with spokes. Of course it started to rain. It was absolutely beautiful outside and all of a sudden it is now thundering seriously. It's nice since I have my windows open and a cool breeze is coming through.
