I just found out that if I put things inside the less than and greater than signs and publish my post everything including the signs disappear in the post. That's unfortunate since I know I've used them before in previous posts... This potentially leaves out critical/comical information. But once it's gone it's gone...
Any blogger savvy people out there have any ideas on this one?

Well essentially whats happening is that those characters are "special" characters. That is they surround any html tag. However, it seems odd that google would screw up to the point of not knowing the difference between you using html and text. My guess would be that you're in either an html editor and are just putting down text or the editor is some sort of supposed "Smart editor" where you can do both and it's assuming anything you put in those tags is supposed to be html and would therefore not show up. Rule of thumb, don't use those characters unless you know they'll work. Or use Windows Live Writer if you can.
Can't have the company name in the blog... sorry I had to delete that hilarious quip, but I appreciate the comment :-)
